Occasionally when browsing videos on YouTube, you will come across a video upload that does not seem to be working. The circular animation says the clip is loading, but it never finishes. It is like the load is stuck or frozen.
If you are using a version of Internet Explorer, there is a simple fix to this.
On the tool-bar menu of your browser, to the right, will be an icon labelled Tools. Click on this to activate the drop-down menu and click on Internet Options at the bottom. The Internet Options box will appear.
Click on the Advanced tab at the upper right. Click Restore Advanced Settings.
If you close the Browser and restart it, you should now be able to watch the YouTube video that you wanted. I hope this is of some help!
